EIA-Law in Practice

The Austrian Water and Waste Management Association (ÖWAV), together with the law firms Haslinger / Nagele and Niederhuber & Partner, is organising the seminar “EIA Law in Practice” at the BDO in Vienna on 21 November 2019.

Wolfgang Berger will moderate the first seminar block and will give a lecture in the second block on the subject of “The need for remediation due to the Aarhus Convention? Extended party rights and legal remedies”.
